All Design Projects
• A non-refundable 50% deposit is required before work begins. Projects under $200 require payment in full before services begin.
• Invoices will be sent by email and must be paid according to the payment schedule outlined in the project agreement.
• Final files will not be delivered until the remaining project balance has been paid in full. All preview files will include a watermark until final payment is received.
• Overdue invoices are subject to a 5% daily late fee.
• If I do not meet an agreed-upon project deadline due to my own delay, you will receive a refund equal to 20% of the original project cost. For example, on a $100 project, the adjusted total would be $80.
• Once final payment has been made, all payments are non-refundable. Final payment confirms that you are satisfied with the approved direction and authorize me to complete the requested revisions and final delivery.
• Any requests for additional work, changes, or revisions made after project completion may require an additional fee.
Pricing & Quotes
Project pricing is determined by the scope, complexity, timeline, and deliverables outlined in the creative brief. To provide an accurate quote, clients should provide the following:
• Background information about your business, industry, products, and services
• A clear description of the project scope, intended use, and required deliverables
• Your target audience
• Existing brand guidelines, including your tone, color palette, messaging, and visual style
• Any copy, photos, logos, or other assets needed for the project, including who will provide them and when
• Your preferred project timeline, deadlines, and milestones
• Your estimated budget
(Quotes may be adjusted if the scope of work, timeline, deliverables, or revision requirements change after the project begins.)
Payments
Payments may be made through:
• PayPal
• Cash App
• Google Pay
• Zelle
If you need to use a payment method not listed above, please contact me before submitting payment so I can determine whether an alternative arrangement is available.
Scope of Work
Each project may include the following services, depending on the approved proposal:
• Initial consultation
• Completion and review of the client questionnaire
• Research into your industry, market, and audience
• Creative brainstorming and concept development
• Selection of typography, color palettes, imagery, and other design elements
• Design creation and presentation
• Review, feedback, and approval process
• Preparation and delivery of final approved files
Fixed-price projects will include a specified number of revision rounds. Any revisions beyond the included amount, or any changes outside the original approved scope, may be billed separately.

• Additional color or color-scheme variations: $10 each
• Additional sizes or dimensions: $5 each
• Organized and labeled editable source files, including PSD or AI files: $5
